What’s Not Included

Air and ground transportation.
Customs and immigration fees: $35 per person entry, plus $20 per person per day. (Prices WILL vary somewhat depending on time/day of entry).
Captain’s gratuity: Tip the Captain; not the boat.  It is standard practice in the industry to pay a gratuity to your Captain.  A typical tip ranges around of 10% to 20% of your costs for the week.  
Moorings: ($30-$40/night)-Anchoring is free.
Food: Provisions ranges from $90 – $135 per person + Captain for the week.

Note: A premium is added to base pricing for bookings ending or beginning during the following dates (“High-high season”):

+10%  March 5 through April 10, 2024 (Spring Break)
+10%  December 16, 2024 through New Year’s day 2025. 

ASA certified courses w/text books:

ASA 101: $160 per person. Includes textbook, log book, and three months of ASA membership.
ASA 103, 104 & 114: $135 per person per level.

ASA 105:  (Advanced Navigation). $150 per person.  We also offer
ASA 105 Online: Advanced Navigation Online. $450 per person; $650 per couple.
ASA 106: (Advanced Offshore). $195 per person.

Deposit | Payment Terms

A  20% deposit is required at time of reservation if more than 120 days in advance.

At 120 -31 days out from your charter a total of 50% down in due.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled departure date.

Change | Cancellation Policy

We understand life gets complicated and the unexpected happens, and we do our best to accommodate you when it does. You may change your charter dates up to 60 days prior to your originally scheduled departure dates at no charge, or you can cancel your reservation entirely up to 90 days prior to your schedules departure and your deposit will be refunded in full.

Because we incur costs if that unfortunate stuff happens closer to your scheduled departure date, we must charge a change or cancellation fee as noted below. Also, as noted below that, you can purchase trip insurance to help you out in the hopefully rare event that you must cancel your charter at a late date.
